Mercy Nduku is a distinguished HR leader with over 16 years’ experience in HRM practice at C-Suite level from various sectors across the East African region. She has considerable experience in steering organizational change, restructuring and transformation initiatives to position them for business future-fitness. She is passionate about organizational performance and has spent considerable number of years training and coaching on performance management using the Balanced Scorecard framework. She is a Certified Human Resources professional (CHRP) and a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management (FIHRM-K) in Kenya. Previously, Mercy has served in various boards including, the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Council as Director, Telposta Pension Scheme Board as Trustee and the Youth Agenda Board as Director.
She is an Executive Coach (Academy of Executive Coaching) and a certified Hogan Psychometric Assessor. Mercy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and an MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resources Management. Currently, she is managing her private HR consultancy and Coaching practice and is a part-time lecturer at the College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) in Kenya.
