He is currently responsible for overseeing and guiding implementation of MESPT’s green growth, enterprise development and value chain development projects across the Kenyan region. He has over 13 years’ stint managing food security and livelihoods changing projects and programs (particularly targeted to the small holder farmer) within the East Africa region.
Previously, Ngeli worked with Farm Concern International (FCI) as a Project Manager and Team leader in the implementation of a cross border program among others. He has also worked as a Regional Manager with Jaribu Credit Traders (JCT) in Uganda having worked with the same organization as a Branch Manager in Kenya. .
He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and Business Management degree from Moi University
